Take a break on Mothers Day. Kids are expensive. I’ve heard it 10000x, but didn’t believe it until I found myself spending so much money on needless baby stuff. Aiden definitely needed 50 changes of newborn clothes, I told myself. $40+ cloth diapers, too. That $249 Mamaroo was such a necessity. Crazy.
We all know those products were really for ourselves. “But its for the baby, too!” Mmmhhmmm. I’m so sure they would’ve asked santa, if they could write. Get real.
Mothers Day is around the cover, and for starters, I need a break. I loveeee my cuddle bug to bits and pieces but I’m 10000% positive my hair is falling out. Not cute. Side note-I should tell Doug to get me those Sugar Bear Hair gummies.
I need me time to treat myself in a way that doesn’t necessarily involve the kids. I want to love myself.
In fact, who wouldn’t want to Love themselves Mothers Day?
Not sure where to start or what to do? I’m your girl.

2. Get alone time. Let your spouse have the kids. Or a trusted family member/friend.
